Your data stays within the Kerdudal Park ecosystem.
This policy covers Kerdudal GO, GO Adventure, customer accounts and the other applications and services in the Kerdudal Park ecosystem. Data collected and stored directly by Kerdudal Park is used only to operate, secure, administer and improve these services. It is not sold, rented or provided to third parties for their own commercial prospecting or advertising targeting.
Information needed for accounts, orders, bookings, preferences, bags and service feedback remains used within the Kerdudal environment.
Game profile, avatar, progress, inventory, items, rewards and game actions are used to operate and preserve the GO Adventure experience.
Other Kerdudal applications may use information required for their functions when those services are connected to the same account or user experience.
Internal use only
Data may be used between services and brands in the Kerdudal Park ecosystem when necessary to operate a service, provide support, ensure security, manage an account or maintain continuity of an experience. Kerdudal Park Media Network does not use customers’ personal data to create advertising profiles for third-party advertisers.
Name or nickname, contact details when provided, account identifiers, language preferences and settings required by the service.
Orders, bookings, useful service history, app interactions, customer feedback and information needed to follow up a request.
GO Adventure profile, progress, items, bags, rewards, game statistics and other information needed to save the experience.
Technical data, sessions, logs and information needed for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and proper operation of the services.
Create and manage an account, fulfil an order or booking, save progress, provide support, secure access, prevent abuse and improve features.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on performance of the requested service, legitimate interests related to security and service improvement, consent where required, or a legal obligation.
Access to information is limited to authorized people and functions that need it to operate, administer, secure or support Kerdudal services.
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the relevant service, security, user relationship and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or made non-identifying when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of certain processing, object to certain uses, or request portability where it applies. Requests can be sent to Kerdudal Park through the Contact page.
External technical services
When a user chooses a function that directly relies on an external service — for example payment, mapping or a mobile app store — only the data necessary for that function may be processed directly by that service under its own policy. Kerdudal Park does not sell this data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising.
